Masked Republic & UTA’s MaskedMania® Authentic Lucha Libre Mexicana Kicks Off 026 U.S. Tour With 4 Star Studded Events
Lucha libre legend Vampiro hosts many of lucha libre’s biggest names on cards headlined by a double main event featuring GUERRA FAMILIAR - Family War between L.A. Park and his sons vs. Pirata Morgan and his sons and a LEGENDS OF LUCHA LIBRE WORLD TITLE match as Champion Tinieblas Jr. defends his gold.
Masked Republic, the industry leader in expanding lucha libre beyond the borders of Mexico and UTA, leading global talent, entertainment, sports and advisory company, are launching MaskedMania’s 2026 U.S. tour with 4 stacked live events coming to Laredo Texas on Saturday, January 24 at the Sames Auto Arena, San Antonio, Texas on Sunday, January 25 at the Boeing Center at Tech Port, Loveland, Colorado on Saturday January 31 at the Blue Arena and Denver, Colorado on Sunday, February 1 at the Mission Ballroom. Tickets for all four tour kick off events will go on sale Friday, November 7th with a pre-sale for VIP packages available starting at 10 AM local time and general on-sale at 12 Noon local time. Tickets for all four events are available exclusively through Ticketmaster.
Each event will feature a DOUBLE MAIN EVENT. In Main Event #1 - One of the most intense lucha libre feuds of the 1990s is reignited for a new generation as L.A. Park (the original La Parka) and his arch rival Pirata Morgan head into battle once more, this time each of them teaming with their sons in an all-out GUERRA FAMILIAR (Family War).
In Main Event #2, Legends of Lucha Libre World Champion Tinieblas Jr. defends his title against challenger Sam Adonis - a wily rulebreaking American who has held gold around the globe including the Lucha Libre AAA Trios Championships and who beat the legendary Blue Panther in a hair vs. hair match at Arena Mexico. Now he looks to take out another lucha legend in Tinieblas Jr. who, as always, will have his trusty Mayan elf Alushe by his side.
MaskedMania events are fun for the whole family and one of the best values in live sports entertainment today. Doors open 90 minutes before the first match begins and all ticket holders can participate in a free meet and greet with many of the events’ stars. Additional VIP experiences are available including a private meet & greet and limited edition event poster signing with select stars and a photo opportunity on the entrance stage.
Each night of the 2026 Tour Kick Off events will be hosted by the legendary Vampiro (CMLL, AAA, WCW, NWA) and joining the tour for the very first time will be Hijo de Rey Misterio, the son of the late Rey Misterio, Sr. one of Tijuana’s most beloved luchadores and trainer of many of the biggest name lucha stars on the planet including his nephew, multi-time WWE World Champion Rey Mysterio, Konnan and Psychosis. Also joining the tour for the first time will be one of the most in-demand luchadoras today, La Gatubela. This second generation lucha star has held championship gold on 5 occasions including a run as Lucha Libre AAA’s Reina de Reina champion.
One of the most successful mini luchadores of all time, former CMLL World Mini-Estrella Champion Demus returns to the MaskedMania ring (where highlights of his last performance went viral on social media) and he is challenging ANY luchador, mini or otherwise, to face him!
Plus MaskedMania introduces fans throughout the U.S. to stars of lucha libre’s new generation of superstars like tag team champions “Lucha Solos” Ultimo Maltido & Arkangel Divino (as featured on the VICE TV series The Wrestlers “The Next Wave of Mexican Luchadores” episode), their arch rivals “Lucha Kingz” El Rey & Bamboo, Tigre W, Super Galactico and more!
